Cleaning /removal of blockage 300 mm bore SWG pipes of depth exc 1.50 mtr but not exc 3.00 mtr with mechnical process incl removing RCC man hole covers of any size, and refixing the same as before complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removal of blockage of floor traps/nahani traps of 75 mm/ 100mm bore in kitchen/bathroom/toilets etc including of PVC/ Stainless trap grating and refixing the same with white cement with pigment to match the surface as before complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) The work will be carried out on complaint basis day to day as recorded by the users in complaints register . The contractor rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from B/R complaint cell, the compliance report of the GE (AF) Faridabad office by 9.00 AM and submit the compliance report of the same each day by 17 30 hrs after rectification failing which penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from the contractor,s dues. (b) Urgent man power for removal of blockage of any type may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday/Holiday) on as short notice .If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from the contractor,s dues.

Note : (a) The work will be carried out on complaint basis day to day as recorded by the users in complaints register . The contractor rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from B/R complaint cell , the compliance report of the GE (AF) Faridabad office by 9.00 AMand submit the compliance report of the same each day by 1730hrs after rectification failing which penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from the contractor,s dues. The contractor rep of the contractor will collect the complaint slips from B/R complaint cell, the compliance report of the GE (AF) Faridabad office by 9.00 AMand submit the compliance report of the same each day by 1730hrs after rectification failing which penal recovery @ Rs 100.00 per complaint will be recovered from the contractor,s dues. (b) Urgent manpower for removal of blockage of any type may be required to be provided by the contractor in day or night (on sunday/Holiday) on as short notice .If the contractor fails to provide manpower for the specific work, manpower for the same work will be hired from any other source for that urgent job by the department & shall be paid in full by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Dewatering/desilting of existing manholes of any size depth and removing of all solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature (mechanical system or using suction pump where ever required up to any depth )and incl removing RCC manhole Covers and refixing the same after making the manhole fully functional, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting for the septic tank of any capacity exc1.50 m and n.exc 4.5 m deep solid/semi-solid matter of silt residue both organic or inorganic in nature ( mechanical system or using suction pump where ever required up to any depth by working under foul conditions and disposal of the same in out of MoD area, complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note for Item : The Septic tank shall be measured more than one time as per requirment and directed by Egnr-in-Charge.
