Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections , all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) :

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge With float glass panes of 5 mm thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for Triple track flyproof sliding window shutter (Two track glazed and one track S.S Grade 304 flyproof wire mesh) with extruded built up with 1.20mm thick sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS : 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary fillings up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt ,suitable locking arrangement,handle etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing /stainless steel grade 304 flyproof wire mesh of aperture 0.50mm , C.P. brass / stainless steel screws,locking arrangement etc. all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (including two window panel of 4mm thick Glazing and one panel of stainless steel grade304 flyproof wire mesh ) : Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622 of approved make , in all coloursand shade, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar1:4 including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete : Size of tiles 600 x 600mm

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade, Old work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10 sqm) over existing cement paint surface

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm of approved brand and manufacture,over the plasterd wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Old work (one or more coats)

Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick in footpath & courtyard,jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles,including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cleaning, Mopping and washing of floor of Public Building other places with Phenyle/detergent all complete job with tools and tackles to make the floor clean and hygenic as per Instruction of Engineer In Charge

Providing Lizol for mopping of floor as per Instruction of Engineer In Charge

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 200x10 mm
