INSTALLATION OF EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN SWITCH: Installation and testing of emergency shut - down (ESD) Push button. This includes mounting of termination box as per the drawings, specification and instruction of Engineer in-charge/ Site engineer, replacement of broken glass covers and painting it in red colour. Job includes removal of existing ESD Push Button Station including all cable glands, ferrules, terminations, labour, tools, tackles, material, excavation job as required etc. to complete the job in every respect.

INSTALLATION OF FLOW SWITCH: Installation and testing of Flow switch. This includes mounting of termination box as per the drawings, specification and instruction of Engineer in-charge/ Site Engineer. Job includes removal of existing Flow Switch including all cable glands, ferrules, terminations, labour, tools, tackles, material, excavation job as required etc. to complete the job in every respect.

INSTALLATION OF LEVEL TRANSMITTER: Installation and testing of Level Transmitter (of all types i.e contact type / non contact type etc.). The scope shall include installation, assistance in testing and commissioning of Level Transmitter (LT) on sump tank / crude oil fuel tank / fire water tank / surge relief tank / transmix tanks etc. as per the OEM recommendations, vendor drawings, directions of engineer in-charge/site engineer and other approved drawings. INSTALLATION OF LEVEL SWITCH: Installation, assistance in testing and commissioning of Level Switch of various lengths as per drawings, specifications and the directions of Engineer in-charge/ Site engineer. The scope shall include installation, assistance in testing and commissioning of Level Switch (LS) on sump tank / fuel tank/ surge relief tank / transmix tanks etc. as per the OEM recommendations, vendor drawings, directions of engineer in-charge/site engineer and other apporved drawings. Job also includes removal of existing Level Switch including all cable glands, ferrules, terminations, labour, tools, tackles, material as required etc. to complete the job in every respect.

DENSITY INDICATOR INSTALLATION - Taking delivery and shifting to site within distance of 500 m, installation and testing of Density Indicator, including fabrication and erection of all installation structure such as mounting stand, canopy etc, termination of cables at both ends after loop testing as per the drawings and directions of site engineer. Job includes installation of Digital Indicator and asscoiated Civil Works for installation and commissioning including supply of Cement, Sand, Mortar, Steel etc.

DENSITY METER INSTALLATION - Taking delivery, shifting to installation site within the station premises, erection, installation of Density transducer (DE/DM) complete with by pass scoop, pitot tube, weld neck flanges. Providing assistance to control system vendor/density meter supplier in testing and commissioning of density meter. Installation and erection shall be as per manufacturer's instructions, drawings and engineer in-charge/site engineer's instructions. Job shall include termination of cables both at control panel end and density transducer end, welding of weldolet, supply of suitable size non-flame proof cable glands, steel structures or fixtures, leveling, grouting, assembling and fixing all accessories, labelling, tagging using SS plates, glanding, ferruling, as well as dismantling of Old Density Meters and handing over the same to owner etc complete in all respect.

FLOW METER INSTALLATION - Taking delivery, shifting to installation site within the station premises, erecting and installing of the flow meter along with reducers and flow meter electronics/ flow transmitter. Providing assistance to control system vendor/meter supplier in testing and commissioning of the turbine/ ultrasonic / coriolis mass flow meter / clamp on ultrasonic ete etc.. Making structural supports and fittings, clamps, screws, nuts, bolts, making the cable supports and terminating cables at panel and field ends. Mounting the junction boxes as per drawings,manufacturer's instructions, specification and direction/instruction of engineer in-charge/site engineer. Job shall include termination of cables at both fiels ends and control panel ends, supply of suitable size non-flame proof cable glands at control panel and the cost of all labour, tools, materials, etc. including labelling, tagging using SS plates painting, glanding, ferruling complete in all respect.

INSTALLATION OF CONTROL PANEL/CONSOLE DESK - Taking delivery, shifting the panels to installaion site and erection, installation, testing of Control panels mounted with all the instruments, power supply units, PLC / logic control systems, barriers, including panels, control/console desk etc. installation on foundations or fixing on walls, or steel structure or fixtures aligning, levelling, grouting, inter-wiring outgoing, incoming cable terminations as required, earthing, testing, complete in all respects as per drawings, specifications and directions of the engineer in-charge/site engineer, including supply of suitable size non-flame proof cable glands for all incoming/outgoing cables and the cost of the materials, tools, labour, glanding, ferruling etc. complete in all respects.The indicated quantity is cumulative weight of panels. Dismantling of existing control panels, console desk including removal of the cables and isolation of the panels is also under the scope of the vendor.
