Earth work in excavation in tranches for foundation pipes cable etc ordinary soil ( loan clay or sand ) including lift upto 1.5 m. lead upto 50 m and dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavation earth as directed by the Engineer incharge with a lead of 50 m. (As per S.l no.01,sch 251 of SOR)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1cement : 4 fine sand : 8 graded stone ballast aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curing comlete, including cost of formwork in foundation.(As per S.l no.7,sch 281 of SOR)

First Class brick work in 1:4 cement and fine sand of 1.25 fines and modulous mortar in foundation and pilinth including supply of all materials, labour , tools, and plants etc required for proper completion of the work .(As per S.I no.1 303 such of SOR)

12mm thick cement plaster with cement mortor in proportion of 1:4 cement course sand in single coat on fair side of single or half brick wall for interior plastring including arises, intrior rounded angles chamfers and of rounded angles chamfers of rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grit and finished even and smooth (As Per S.Ino.2Sch 13.4 Of PWD)

Providing and lying damp-proof course 40mmthick with cement concret 1:2:4 (1cement, 2 course sand, 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) including supply of all material, water proofing Compound, labour T&P etc. Complete (As Per S,no04, Chap-07:4.10 of SOR)

R.C.C Slab work eith cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4) gauge approved stone ballast in the propotion 1:2:4 in lintel of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its bending the same with 24 B WG binding wire and necessary centering and shuttering etc and also including supply of all materials labour and tools and plants etc .

Mild steel or iron such as in all r.c.c. work including benefit for proper completion of work and including supply of all metarials and labour etc. complete in all.(As per S.l no.3,sch 504 of DSR)
