Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of Grading I (63-45 mm stone metal) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheeled rolle 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to therequired density complete as per technical clause 404 of MORT&H specifications (24.11 (I)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 @ 0.40 kg per sqm

Providing and laying bituminous macadam 50mm to 75mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @3.4%, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher Mechanical to the required grade,level and alignment and rolled to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 504 of MORT&H specifications (24.18 (b)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG- 10 @ 0.40 kg per sqm

Providing and laying bituminous concrete 30mm to 45mm thick with Continuous type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4%, laying with a Paver Finisher Mechanical to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction complete as per technical clause 507 of MORT&H specifications (24.23 (b)
