Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises etcand removal of rubbish/ demolished materials out of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vertified ceramic tiles 10mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 laying floor finished complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vertified ceramic tiles 10mm (light shade of square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exc 0.36 sqm in walls skirting etc,.set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including over 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces as in backing coat for tiles.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Non Skid (coloured) ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exceeding 0.11 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement over & including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F glazed ceramic (coloured) tiles (300mmx 450mmx7 mm) in vertical surfaces such as skirting dados and risers of steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement. Including cutting the tiles to the required size wherever required including motering the corners etc over & including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in kitchen platform and similar work laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut granite 18 to 20 mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms and like laid over & including 15mm thick bedding /backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L for Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge,such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet 'Orissa' pattern of size 580mm X 440mm, white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern), but including PVC flush pipe and provision of lime concrete bedding complete all as specified and as directed.
