Maintenance of distribution transfer mains/rising mains pipe line, valve operation for water distribution in Amer under City Sub Division-VII (North), Jaipur.

Maintenance of pipelines irrespective of size & material which includes repairing of bursts & leakages pollution control, survey & removal of choking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection & recording minimum 10 nos. residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, interconnections and all works related to pipeline network in existing distribution/rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in soft and loose soil/hard soil including cutting of Black top, WBM & CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also include cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repair leak proof and refilling of pit by excavate4d sand by ramming it at sides of pipes and up to ground level for entire job contractor will use their own T & P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange DE-watering. JCB & Tractor compressor if any and restore any amenity at his own cost damaged while performing the work in this time. The work includes daily patrolling and repair the leakages withing stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of rising and distribution pipeline network withing the scope of work for per km. pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the department (Rates are exclusive of GST)

51 km. to 100 km. - one fitter- II & Two beldar (60 Km*12 Months=720 Km)

Daily periodical operation & maintenance of valves at supply times specified by department. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor)(Rates are exclusive of GST)

80-300 mm (40 Nos.*12 Months=480 Nos.)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.(Rates are exclusive of GST)
