Carryout routine maintenance, servicing and testing of 630A to 3000A HT VCB by cleaning fixed contacts, moving contacts and arcchutes including servicing and putting the VCB in perfect working condition after detting all relay and ON, OFF mechanism etc done with only manufacturing companies / Authorised dealers of respective switch gears For every 3 months

Routine maintenance of transformer in operation covering insulation resistance oil, break down strength. Attending day to day emergencies(Sub-station check up & maintenance Day to day Protection related emergency works attending and maintenance works of various 33/11KV Substations including Initial assessing the exact faults in the protective device in the VCBs & other protective devices to take up the further works, Rectification/ Replacement of AC/DC fuses, Selector switches, TnC Switches, Push buttons, Hooters, bells, TBs, Ammeters, voltmeters, MW/ KW meters, MVA/ KVA meters, Indication lamps, MVAR/ KVAR meters, PF meters, Panel type energy meters, Terminals, Trip Coils, Close Coils, Spring Charging motors, Relays, Big Gears,Pinion gears, Small gears, 12 V Batteries, 2V Batteries, 24v Chargers, damaged/ defective wiring, etc , measurement of earth resistance, Breaker Operation time (O-CCO) with Breaker timer kits, checking for continuity/ interconnections between earth pits & equipments with primary injection kits, insulation resistance of CTs, PTs, Breakers with Insulation resistance measurement tester (megger), Ratio of CTs with primary injection kits, Tightening of all connections inside the breaker panel, Control Panel, CR Panel, Control Circuit, Battery chargers, battery connections, PTR marshalling boxes, Wiring of CTs and PTs when defective CTs and PTs replaced with new one, Restoration of PT supply to the panel when it fails, Balancing of capacitor bank when cells failed, Fixing up of desired relay settings for feeder, LV, HV, GC breakers, Checking up of VCB mechanical spring charging problem, Checking up of trip circuit healthy of CBs, AC Supply restoration to the breaker when fails, 220V DC supply extension to the VCBs, 24V DC battery chargers connections extension to the VCB when the existing charger fails, Minor alignment of breaker for CB operations, Snatch gap adjustment of breaker to take CB in to service, Identification and rectification of wiring problem of breaker, DC system, AC system for protective equipment, Rectification of mechanical/ slow closing problem of CB where material is not required for the work, Attending the Minor mechanical problems of CBs (Closing / tripping may be electrical or mechanical), Testing of new VCBs (Primary injection, IR values, DC resistance, etc), attending & rectification of oil leakages problems of CTs & PTs, Oil topup in CTs & PTs wherever required, Replacements of Clamps, jumpers, studs, bush rods, bolts & nuts, gaskets, connections of CTs & PTs and other protection related works entrusted by the concerned Engineer for every month

Testing of static/electro mechanical Relay elements for proper operation including recording of all name plate details of Relays & Circuit Breakers, recording of existing relay settings, testing of each element of relay with calibrated relay test kit, recording of re;ay test results in systematic procedure, adjusting & fixing up of time settings of relays wherever required for proper functioning, fixing up of relay settings & grading as per department requirement, recording of revised relay settings of wherever revised, testing of relays by conducting primary injection to the CTs, verification & correcting of connections from CTs to Relays wherever required for proper functioning, carrying out minor rectifications, Measurement & recording of Insulation Resistance values of Current Transformers & Circuit Breakers & connected equipment with suitable calibrated Insulation Measurement Tester, recording of all test results in a systematic way & submission to the department in five copies, execution of work by qualified & experienced persons with contractor owned/ hired calibrated suitable testing equipment as per standards in presence of the concerned AE/ DEE/ EE by proper advance planning, intimation & coordination with the concerned officials, etc for completion of work within schedule time for proper operation of equipment and the rate is inclusive of testing charges transport, loading, unloading, local movement, hire charges, calibration charges, insurance to the working persons, etc complete.

Attending day to day emergency works Day to day Power Transformers related emergency works attending and maintenance works of various 33/11KV Substations including initial identification of the defects of PTR on complaints from field to take up the further works, General Checkup of PTRs for healthiness, Attending of minor Oil Leakage complaints, Toping up of oil to the Main & OLTC conservator tanks, Attending the Low Oil Complaints, etc all complaints, Carrying of periodical maintenance of PTRs, Conducting tests periodically as per the norms, Preventive, Breakdown, Predictive & proactive maintenance of PTRs, Conducting pre-Commissioning & Commissioning tests for new & repaired transformers, Replacement of Oil Seals, Silicagel, breathers, Oil cups, PTR Clamps, WTIs, OTIs, PRVs, MOGs, Terminals, Marshalling boxes, probes, Jumpers, Termination of Cables in marshaling box, etc , Measurement of Insulation resistance, DC Resistance, ratios, voltages, Currents, earth resistance of individual earth pits & combined SS earth mat, etc, Checking up of alarms pertains to OT/WT/OLTC/MOG/Bucholtz, Conducting pre commissioning Tests of PTRs when commissioning at existing substations for every month
