SCHEDULE 'A' PART-VIII (MISC B/R AND E/M WORKS) Note: This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col 5 signifies this fact only.

Supply, lay, & test DI-K9 class, 300 mm dia (12”) with push-to-lock rubber tighten lock centrifugally in any lengths conforming to IS including DI fittings & lead joints laid in trenches / on wall / on floor at locations, all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing and replacement of sluice valve 300 mm dia, type PN-1.0, double flanged cast iron type with brass spindle and iron wheel, iron nuts, bolts & washers and rubber insertion sheet conforming to IS specification complete, all as specified.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Single Phase Motor Actuated Butterfly Valve with the following specifications including all accessories as required: a) Valve size: 300 mm dia. b) Designed line pressure: 10 kg/sq.cm. c) Operating angle: 90 degrees. d) Disc material: C.I. with nylon coating. e) Limit switches: 02 nos. for open and close. f) Type: in direct extended type arrangement of GI pipe and plate of suitable size and thickness, angle irons etc. for installation above ground level. g) Class of protection: IP-65. h) Rate O/P torque: suitable for opening and closing of the valve. The scope of work includes raising of existing chamber if required and supply & fixing of MS spacer / tool pieces, MS flanges, wire, and necessary hardware.

M&L for constructing valve-pit chambers of size 1200 x 1200 x 1200 mm with brickwork in cement mortar 1:4 (1/2 brick wall) using old size sub-class “B” bricks including 15 mm thick plastering to internal surfaces in (1:6) cement mortar with MS cover 3 mm thick with MS angle frame 40 x 40 x 6 mm with locking arrangement including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil / soft / disintegrated rock, all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cutting of DI water mains raising pipe line 300 mm in existing position for branch connection including insertion of Tee DI 300 x 300 x 300 mm, lead joints, collars, rubber coupling, nuts, bolts of suitable including accessories complete all as specified

M & L cutting of DI water mains raising pipe line 400 mm in existing position for branch connection including insertion of Tee DI 400 x 400 x 300 mm, lead joints, collars, rubber coupling, nuts, bolts of suitable including accessories complete, complete all as specified.

Supply & Fix PVC insulated sheathed wire with copper conductor flexible 3 core 1.5 Sq mm for connecting street light fitting from over head line /pole boxes complete

M&L bracket made of GI pipe 40/50 mm dia light grade bend to shape not less than 1.5 mtr with 02 Nos of MS clamps fabricated out of MS flat of size 25x4 mm including nut, bolts, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix pole junction box sheet moulded compound (SMC) type with hinged door and locking arrangement of size 300 X 200 X 105 mm (internal) comprising one, one No SP MCB single pole of capacity 6 Amps 240 volts and one No heavy duty connector with 04 terminal for loop in & loop out suitable for single phase street light system including with fixing arrangement with bracket made out of 25x3 mm MS flat and nuts and bolts etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for MS Work i.e includes material cutting , welding, other process for shaping of material to get into required shape as per site requirement and fixing on site.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6) mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level duly connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3, connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including excavation and earth work in any strata, PCC Chamber with cover, Charcoal and Salt as required & 15 mm Light Grade GI pipe from steel plate to DB in order to ensure satisfactory earth resistance result to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Excavation over areas in any kind of soil using mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) or manual means for foundations of manholes etc. or for shafts, walls, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipes or underground cables, road, path etc., not exceeding 1.5 m in width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and not exceeding 10 Sq.M on plan, lift upto 1.5 m, including dressing the sides and ramming the bottom and getting out the excavated soil complete all as specified.
