Taking down cement plaster any description from roof slab, stone wall, brick wall parapets including raking out joints hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position (cleaning repairing etc measured separately) capacity exc 500 & n.exc 1000 ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt duly spraying diluted bleaching powder and rubbing with wire brushes etc from tank any type (AC or PVC) and from mouth of circulating pipes etc exc. 500 ltr and n.exc. 1000 litres capacity complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 750 ltr capacity Rotational moulded polythylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and flynut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and dismantling of old existing tank of any capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.;and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc. 10cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L cutting hole in brick walls/stone walls exc one brick but not exc 2 bricks for any purpose and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

(a) M & L for carrying out NON-DESTRUCTIVE water proofing treatment to sunken slab, floors and walls of bath, WC, WHB and urinals (combined unit) with using non destructive construction chemical methods such as hydrophobic PU grouting, Epoxy coating etc including cleaning of surface with wire brush and detecting the sources of leakages and repairing surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions & directed. NOTE : The rate is inclusive of replacement of pipe between wall and bend portion only. Make : Coreseal 357/A/Coreseal 357 CAT of M/s Buildcore Chemicals.(added @ 0.55 Kg per Sqm of treatment area) or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd or M/s Pidilite Industries as approved by GE. (b) M & L for second course injection of Coreseal 135A/Coreseal 135B (0.65 Kg per Sqm of treatment area) to the treatment area under item 9 here-in-before . Make : M/s Buildcore Chemicals or equivalent of M/s STP Ltd or M/s Pidilite Industries as approved by GE

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase 25mm thick all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300mmx200mmx7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over backing coat 10mm thick cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour joint free Non-Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 110 mm PVC (SWR) junction single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel water tubing & connections, including cleaning for refixing or offering credit as per schedule of credit all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 herein before, but 20mm bore

Supply and fixing 15mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specifeid and directed.

Supply and fixing 20mm bore medium grade galvanised steel water tubing with all fitting & fixed complete to walls or ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Refixing 15mm bore old steel water tubing & connection in new or old position of wall, ceiling, floor etc all as specified and directed Note:- Seviceable GI tubing obtained from Sl No. 14 shall be reused in this item

All as per item No. 18 herein before, but 20mm bore. Note:- Seviceable GI tubing obtained from Sl No. 15 shall be reused in this item

Supply and fixing in repair vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 630x450mm excluding taps, waste chain and plug and porcelain stopper but including brackets, waste coupling, waste pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern) white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) including P or S trap provision of flush pipe, plastic seat cover for pedestal pan complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 10 ltr capacity PVC valveless, syphonic action type flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet ball valve, float and handle including bracket and 32mm dia flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density for low level cistern complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 15 mm dia pillar taps, cast copper alloy, with capstan heads, chromium plated fancy type, screwed down high pressure, with or without lettered 'Hot' or 'Cold' with long shanks and flynuts, screwed for iron pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm fancy type bib tap, chromium plated with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs 15mm dia stop valve chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both end for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repairs Health faucet (ABS Body) mild steel CP suitable for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 mtr long flexible tube and ABS wall hook incl making connections and fixed in postion complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry or PCC block masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L precast solid block masonry of block in PCC1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in wall exceeding 10 cm in width and built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed..

Material and labour preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer on walls complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Soap dish, vitreous China white, approximate size 160x 60x90mm fixed to plug with CP brass screw and complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sheet glass shelf assembly consisting of 5.5mm thick sheet glass shelf 12cm wide with chromium plated bracket guard and railing 60cm long all as specified and directed.
