Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand ad manufacture of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84Kg/10 sqm).

Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings, this included jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement, trenching, refilling & testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.
