Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width, exc 10 sqm on plan) including getting out all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

STANDBY POWER SUPPLY (DG SET)
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of silent DG Sets 1010 KVA/808 KW and 0.8 power factor 11000 volt, 50 Hz comprising Engine, 4 stroke cycle, water cooled 1500 RPM at Bakloh Mil Station conditions of BS : 5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & coupled with Alternator with electrical output of 1010 KVA/ 808 KW at 0.8 power factor, 11000 Volts, Alternator mounted on common base frame, class F insulation, enclosure drip proof & screen protection for IP-23 and Alternator as per, BS-2613, BS-5000 complete with output supply 11000 volt DG Set control & relay panel suitable with controled switch gears for automatic starting on main failure and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms with other accessories i.e Fuel tank Battery with leads complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
(A) Diesel engine: Water cooled diesel engine of adequate capacity to produce power output of 1010 KVA at 1500 RPM, 11000volt with latest BIS/IS specification and BS 5514. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangement & shall give the electrical output of 1010KVA/808 KW at 0.8 power factor, the engine shall be capable of taking 10% over load for one hour for every 12 hours running confirming to the environment (PROTECTION ACT 1986) and as amended vide Gazette of India Notifications part-II section-III Sub Section (I) dated 12 Jul 2004 with the following accessories:-
(a) Diesel operated 4 stroke water cooled engine.
(b) Fully automatic Electronic Engine with Electronic governer.

(B) ALTERNATOR: Alternator shall be self-excited, self regulated with suitable automatic voltage regulator and shall conform to BS : 2613 or BS : 5000 and shall give rated output at Bakloh mil station conditions output supply 1010 KVA, 0.8, 11000 Volt, 50 Hz, at 1500 RPM, Brushless type, 'F' class insulation, winding connections are star connection all six leads (double terminated) will be brought out of startor frame with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in any 12 continuous hours operation without exceeding temp, rise limits specified in BS:2613 or BS: 5000 when corrected to ambient temperature at site, better motor Starting Capability, best in class effeciency, compact design with sealed bearing for longer life and lesser maintainance & impregnation on all wound components for better mechanincal strength.(all machine shall be capable for parellel operations. Damper windings shall be provided to facilitate the parellel operation). (Note:-Alternators should be able to charge min 1600 KVA transformer without any restriction.)
(C ) Acoustic Enclosure: Acoustic enclosure (canopy) for the above 1010 KVA DG Set to reduce noise level to 25 DB (A) measured at 1.0 metre distance for audible frequencies as approved from CPCB II for emission compliance as per Central Pollution Control Board norms of suitable size as per manufacturer's specification.
(D) Base frame: M&L for MS fabricated adequately machine channel common Base Frame with lifting facility.
(E) Fuel Tank: Fuel tank made out 2mm thick MS sheet suitable for 990 liter capacity of one no separate fuel tank for standby storage of fuel including piping/pipe connection etc.
(F) Batteries: Electrical control circuit of 24 volt DC, 2 Nos batteries of 12 volt 180/160 AH each with battery leads for electrical starting of DG Set.
Note: All Electrical connections between DG sets, Synchronization panel, PLC panel, Control & relay panel, NIS panel and NGR panel shall be made srictly as per drawing No SK-I dt 17 Jan 2022 and cost for same and any other item required for smooth functioning of system shall deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor and nothing extra shall be paid in this account.
Supply and Installation testing and commissioning of Indoor type PLC Panel having Auto load management suitable for 2 x 1010 KVA , 11 KV HT output Supply DG Sets auto synch and load sharing done by PC 3.3 complete with suitable fixing arrangement complete all as per manufacturer's design/specification. The command control should have following control features:-
(i) Digital AVR-Digital voltage regulation.
(ii) Digital Electronic Governing and Smart starting.
(iii) Gen set monitoring- monitors status of all critical engine & alternator functions.
(iv) Engine Metering
(v) AC Alternator metering
(vi) AC bus/utility metering
Supply and Installation testing and commissioning of Indoor type NIS (Neutral Isolator) Panel with 7.2 KV, 400A, Mechanincally Latched SP Vacumm contactor with 230V, AC Coil, 1 No Neutral CT & mounting of 3 Nos. Diff CT and Cu bus bar comple and including 01 No 1400 VA, 24 V DC/230 V AC, 50 Hz, SP inverter alongwith 01 Nos of 12 V DC 180 AH battery complete suitable for 1 x 1010 KVA , 11 KV HT output Supply DG Sets with cable connection, fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and Installation testing and commissioning of Indoor type NGR (Neutal Grounding Resistor) Panel ratio 33/√3 KV, 30A for 10-30 sec, 212 Ohms incorporating AISI 304 Stainless steel punch suitable for 2 x 1010 KVA, 11 KV HT output supply DG sets with cable connection involving temperator meter duly mounted, fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Indoor type, air insulated HT 11 KV, 3 phase, 630 Amp, 20 KA, VCB HT panel (2 Nos incoming VCB + 1 No. Bus PT Panel + 2 Nos outgoing VCB total five number panels) Horizontal isolation, Horizontal Drawout, motorised charging fixed- type Vaccum Circuit Braker as 02 Nos VCB panel incomer for (DG set output 11 KV supply) and 02 No VCB panel outgoing for transformer output supply (One working & one standing) and 01 bus PT metering panel, VCB panel inside robotically welded stainless steel 304 (Non Ferrite Non Magnetic Grade) tank having min, thickness 2.0 mm with IP67 Degree of Protection and internally to manage voltage surges. VCB panel should be provided with internal busbars, as well as earthing busbars of electrolytic grade copper, padlock provisions, spring charging handle & complete with all accessories. the VCB Panel shall be type tested of internal are as per IEC 62271-200. Suitable battery charger alongwith battery bank as per nos of function of VCB Panel shall be provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (The outgoing VCBs should have electrically interlocking facility so that only one breaker works at one time)
