DOUBLE SIDED SUSPENDED /CANTILEVER ILLUMINATED SIGN Supplying and Installation of Double Sided Suspended/Cantilever Illuminated Sign including all operation from fabrication to installation all complete as per relevant design, drawings, Guidelines & technical specification and to the satisfaction of the Employer, made up of Sign box 50 mm deep of Extruded Aluminium modular profiled frame system with anodized finish of AO 1250/AO 6037. Sign box including channel supports are to be anodised coated to match the colour as per the approved design, drawings, Location, document and guideline. Front facia & pictograms (graphics) to be made up of 4mm thick 040 acrylic decorated with 3M block out vinyl and approved colour 3M cast vinyl design electro cut and pasted on it, for allowing the lighting only on the Content. Internally illuminated by using LED module of with 140 degree viewing angle (minimum warranty period of 50000 Hours) inclusive of suitable SMPS/LED Driver. Internal Signages shall be of IP52 and external Signages shall be of IP65 Certified. The Signage Should have Easy mechanism of removing the content/Information for inspection and Services, Including Supporting Arrangements. Signs suspended from station ceilings should be fixed at a height of 2500 mm to the bottom of the sign from the finished floor level, as illustrated. The signs are suspended using hollow steel pipes or tubes which shall house the power/data cable in a protective sleeve for illuminated signs/dynamic signs. Bushings are required to protect the power cable and for safety at every junction. The suspenders should offer height adjustable to take account of misaligned ceilings or beams to install the sign in a spirit level horizontal position. Signs in exposed areas subject to movement, such as swinging in high winds or when a train passes at speed, should be adequately designed to counter the imposed loads and deflections. Suspenders shall be made MS powder coated Round/ Square as per the approved design and drawings. The rate is inclusive of Supply, Installation of signages inclusive of all Materials, electrical works & materials, SMPS, LED lighting, supply and fixing of Ceiling cap, fabrication, fixing, all accessories, labour, Transport, all leads and lifts including civil and structural works required for the installation of signages, including civil and structural works required for the installation of signages..

WALL/FACE MOUNTED ILLUMINATED SIGN Supplying and Installation of Wall/Face Mounted Single Sided Illuminated Sign including all operation from fabrication to installation all complete as per relevant design, drawings, Guidelines & technical specification, Signage schedule and to the satisfaction of the Employer. 50 mm deep sign box made from Extruded and Profiled Aluminium modular system with anodized finish of AO01250/AO 6037 complete. Sign box including channel supports are to be anodised coated to match the colour as per drawing/existing frame colour, document and guideline. DEPOT NAME SIGN Providing and fixing of post mounted illuminated channel letters DEPOT NAME signs including all operations from fabrication to installation at site as per relevant drawings, technical specification as per signage guideline, signage schedule and to the satisfaction of Engineer-Incharge, including civil and structural works required for the installation of signages.. Sign box made of 70mm width aluminium extrusion, black anodized finished , complete with GE brand LED or equivalent with securely fix ballast and galvanized connector coated with dissimilar paint for anti- corrosive. The signage shall have a min 6-8 mm acrylic sheets with 3M vinyl sheets, laser cut fonts, securely fix embosed CMRL logo pictogram as per the design and CMRL signage manual. The signage shall be water tight and fix to RC/masonry wall using approved anchor bolts. All screws shall be made of Stainless steel. The sign shall compeises of CMRL logo of required size and channel letters in required fonts of Tamil and Enginsh in specified front height depicting the DEPOT NAME fixed on either side of the logo supported on a rigid supporting system in steel. The logo and the channel letters shall be fabricated to required dia. at appropriate places in the back plate for fixing purpose and in peripheral plate for drainage purpose. Providing necessary supporting system comprising of mild steel angle members of required size and lengths including LED module as per drawings. Polyurethane painting of the MS angles, MS tubes, and to required colour, mouting at the required locations.
