Dismantling Asbestos cement sheet (Corrugated/Semi-corrugated etc.) in roof covering complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc and making good existing disturbed walls/surfaces with CM 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair rolled mild steel sections as in roof trusses, (framed), trussed purlins, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats confirming to Fe-410-W (grade E-250 quality 'A') complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of new steel surfaces description over 10 cm in width or girth applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed in any position with nails complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Weather boarding of 2nd class H.W of 20mm to 25mm thick and rebated of thick edge to give 20mm lap and fixed with screws/nails including one coat primer and two coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles laid dry in roofing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L roof tiles mangalore pattern interlocking at side joints laid dry complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down portions of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles laid dry in roofing and refixing after necessary repairs with interlocking at side joints, laid dry complete all as specified and directed (NOTE : If any tiles damaged, supply of tiles will be paid under the respective Item here in after ) complete all as specified and as directed.
