Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for Laying of UG cable getting out soft disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed

M& L for fine river sand for cushioning with layers of sand 8 cm before laying of cable & 15 cm after laying of cable (total 23 cm ) in trenches, duly punning to a thickness of 18 cm for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified. Note:- Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mmx180mmx40mm complete all as specified and as directed

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying GI tubing 80 mm dia medium grade with all fittings such as nipple, bend, elbow, union etc laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, Laying, joining & testing HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts (Earthed), laid in trenches/ ducts or fixed to poles/walls or laid under roads/paths/drains/culverts duly encased in galvanised steel pipe of suitable sizes including cable gland of suitable sizes & aluminium lugs for connection for cross- sectional area 95 Sq mm 3 Core complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: Excavation,earthwork and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 11 KV Heavy Drop Out Fuse complete in each pole consist of galvanised iron base HT 11KV with polymer insulators including taking down old one all as specified and directed. Complete all as specified and as directed

S & F lightening arrestor HT 11000 KV pole mounting with polymeric insulator complete with all fittings transmission class nominal discharge current upto 65 KA including removing the defective one complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finish even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion exterior paint (anti fungal paint - APEX) over a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer including preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls complete all as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for angle iron 50x50x5 mm and flat iron for post & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, nothich for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for MS screws and bolts (machine made) 11 to 15mm dia, with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5cm long complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for mild steel deformed bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending for securing of chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gussets plates, rails, braces complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging with hinges, locking arrangement and hanging including welding etc also fastening and fixing complete confirming to grade Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide, including preparation of newly steel surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for GI tubing laid in trenches /fix on ploe/wall of 80 mm dia light grade for protection of UG cable complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for cross arm bracing support to clamps and back plate fabricated from structural steel section like angles channels flat etc including nuts bolts and washers welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts if any shape and size and incl applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI or steel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 GI tubing 20 mm dia for watering and 15mm dia GI tubing for protection of wire etc all as per electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I including connecting to electrical equipments and testing on completion. Note: GI wire 4mm dia upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted
