(a) Bidder must quote rate per farma i.e.for 16 Page. The rate shall be inclusive of the printing, packaging, transportation and delivery at the respective locations within Bihar excluding GST.

(b) In case any difference/confusion in the rate quoted and written 'in figures' and 'in words', the rate quoted and written 'in words' shall prevail.

(c) It is again clarified that the bidder shall not be paid anything extra other than the rate quoted above in column 8 for storage, packaging, transportation, loading/unloading, delivery etc. Please refer clause-3, Section-II.
