The Scope of installation and Commissioning for Laundry Type Washing/Drying Machine (s), shall be as under: I . In addition to General Terms and Conditions of the GeM, the following Special T&C shall be applicable for Laundry Type Washing/Drying Machines i . SELERS RESPONSIBILITIES: ii . CONSIGNEE/USERS RESPONSIBILITIES: A . Providing necessary Space, Water source, Electricity, Drainage, wherever required. B . Civil work for Foundation and Electrical earthing, wherever required. C . Plumbing work for water inlet connection within 1.5 meters from the Foundation of the Machine, wherever required. D . Plumbing work for water drain line connection within 1.0 meter from the Foundation of the Machine, wherever required. E . Exhaust Piping (for Dryer), wherever required. F . Providing Consumables required for Washing/Drying. G . Providing Rinse Booster Pump (for Washer), if the water inlet pressure is less than the Minimum water inlet pressure specified in the contract. H . Providing Water softener (for Washer), if the water Hardness is more than the Maximum water hardness specified in the contract.. I . Necessary approvals from regulatory authorities, if any, for installation of the Machine. The Scope of installation and Commissioning for Laundry Type Washing/Drying Machine (s), shall be as under: a . Inclusive in the Scope of Installation & Commissioning:
