Supplying and filling in plinth with sand in under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:4:8) in foundation using 40 mm & down grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12 mm size CBHG chips in foundation and floor/ RCC work, watering and curring etc as per specification and direction of EIC.

R.C.C. (1:1½:3) using 12 mm to 20mm size H.G. stone chips including centering & shuttering but excluding the cost of M.S. rod. (i) Foundation

(iv) Column above plinth

Supplying all materials, labour and T&P for Cutting, bending and binding of M.S rods for RCC works including cost of M.S rods and binding wire etc.

Providing and laying Brick Masonry work in Foundation & Plinth using Fly ash bricks of 25 Cm. x 12 Cm. x 7.5 Cm. size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg./Cm2 with dimensional tolerance + 2 % confirming to IS 12894 and IS 2212 in cement mortar (1:6) affter immersing the bricks for minimum 6 hours in water before use, with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, etc. as per the drawings including the cost of all materials, cost of all labour, conveyance, royalties, loading, unloading, scaffolding, staging, watering and curing, sundries, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
