A) CIVIL WORK

A-1) ADDITION/ ALTERATION WORK OF EXISTING COURT ROOM AND WAITING AREA TO BE CONVERTED INTO 1 NO. NEW COURTS

Dismantling brick or flagged stone flooring without concrete base.

Dismantling glazed tiles (to be carefully removed).

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes in light colour shades made using Full Body Technology (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption’s less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand), complete. ( Full body vitrified tiles have pigment in entire body / thickness of tile which makes chips and scratches less noticeable and make na ideal choice for high traffic zones.) a) Size 600x600 mm

Extra Cost for 2nd Floor

Grouting the joints of flooring tiles having joints of 3 mm width, using 2mm to 3 mm gap using spacers and later this gap to be filled with cement based grout ) with Cement base grout and matching pigments etc., complete, including filling / grouting and finishing complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. a) Size 600x600 mm.

Dismantling of brick work in cement sand mortar / lime mortar including T&P scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material. & staking the serviceable material with all lifts & lead of 100 metre (By Mechanical Means)

Earth filling under floors with surplus ordinary soil or soil containing gravel or kankar upto 40% taking outside the premises in 15 cm layers including ramming, watering and consolidated lead upto 1000 metres

Cement concrete 1:3:6 with stone ballast or shingle mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type
