Providing and laying D. P. C. 2.50 cm thick with Cement Concrete Consisting of one part Cement, 1.5 part of Coarse sand and 3 part of approved 10 mm grade stone grit and including water proofing material as approved by the Engineer-in- Charge in the proportion as specified by the manufacturer.

40MM thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 with 20mm stone agg. Laid in one layer finished with floating coat of neat cement SI 14.69

12 mm cement plaster thick 1:3 cement & coarse sand fair single and halh brick wall including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in grith and finished even and smooth S.I.. 13.9

S/F of 4X2.5 feet size granite stone at site including writing painting with graving and cartage up to site complete.
