Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30cm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50m as directed by Engineer-in-charge. All kinds of soil

Dry brick on edge flooring in required pattern with bricks of class designation 7.5 on a bed of 12mm mud mortar, including filling joints with Jamuna sand, with common burnt clay non modular bricks.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level (1cement: 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural source: 6 graded ston aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-mechanically treated bars of grade FE-500D or more

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls ( any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttress, plinth and string course, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, post and struts etc. above plinth level upto floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. (1cement: 3 coarse sand (Zone-III) derived from natural source: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

(B) In super-structure

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.1 Foundations, footings, bases of column etc.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for 5.9.6. Columns, pillars piers, abutments, posts and struts.

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in (b) In prop.1:4

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc) trusses etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 10.16 Hot finished seamless type tubes

Providing corrugates G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete. 0.63mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275gm/ sqm.

Providing ridges or hips of width 60cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and Nuts 8mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete. 0.63mm thick with Zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ sqm

Providing wood work in frames of Doors, Windows, clerestory windows and other frame, wrought framed and fixed in position with (hold fast lugs or with dash fastener shall be paid for separately). 9.1.3 With kiln seasoned and chemically treated hollock wood.

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, inlcuidng cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 11.3.1. 40mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete. 9.48.2 Fixed to openings/ wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc.

15mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix: Rough side (1cement: 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing insulating board ceiling of approved quality with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately). 12.24.1 Natural colour insulating board 12.24.1.1 12mm thick

Painting with oil type wood preservatives of approved brand and manufacture. 13.97.1. Old work ( one or more coats).

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieved even shade and colour).

For Internal and External Electrification (Wiring, Fan, Bulb etc)

Earth work in rough excavation, banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller or wooden or steel rammers and rolling every 3rd and top most layer with proper power roller minimum 8 tonne and dressing up in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks and guide banks or filling up ground depression, lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.50m. 2.2.1 All kinds of soil
