RequiredTenderer in his name should have in the last five years period satisfactorily completed as prime contractor at least one similar work of value not less than 50 Percent of total cost of work. Attach Work done Certificate issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

RequiredSubmit the EPF registration certificate

RequiredLiquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs. 0.95 lakhs Attach Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by scheduled banks.

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.
