Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate, not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron earth lead of size 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts/check nuts and washers etc of galvanized iron, protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm dia upto a length of 7.5 m away from earth electrode and connected to main switch/control board including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C1 for earth chamber, 40 mm thick RCC cover slab 1:2:4 type B1 with 8 mm dia TMT Bars at 140 mm cc both ways, GI watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade , funnel, wire mesh, lugs, charcoal and salt etc complete all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I and testing complete including removing unserviceable earthing all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 107 :- (i) Earth lead beyond 7.5 mtr from electrode to earth terminal point/main switch & GI pipe light grade 15mm dia for protection against mechanical damage to lead shall be measured separately. (ii) On testing if results fails the earthing will be redone at no extra cost.

Taking down carefully by disconnecting, sealing cable ends of addressable/conventional, heat & smoke detector, manual call point, response indicator etc keeping all lequipments & cables in safe costody at the location. Refixing the manual call point, response indicators, heat & smoke detectors to the same location as installed earlier with the taking down cables using necessary saddles/spares for securing the cables on wall/ceiling surfaces and making the entire system functional including testing & commissioning complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing telephone jack 2 way complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC conduit medium grade of size 25mm dia bore complete all as directed.

Taking down carefully the split AC ( internal and external unit) of any make and capacity by pumping down the refrigerant to external unit including stabilizer from the location and shifting the same to the MES store and re-installing the split AC inner, outer, units and stabilizer at the new location or existing location as directed by the site-in-charge including top up the refrigerant as required at site later on renovation of building complete all as directed. Note : (Job includes necessary core cutting on any type of wall for drawing the suction & discharge lines)

Supply & Fix in repairs recessed mounted energy efficient LED luminaire 36W, 840 direct-indirect soft line designed color temp 6500 K, including constant current electronic driver suitable for false ceiling complete with all accessories prewired and connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size including removing unserviceable fittings complete all specified and as directed. Make : Havells cat part No.PLUTO NEO 2X2 PLR 34W LED 857S or techno commercially equivelent of Philips/Wipro

Supply and fix in repairs LED down lighter energy efficient LED luminaire15 W ultra sleek recessed down light for low height false ceiling in round profile 230 V, complete with all accessories prewired including connecting up with three core twister flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size including removing unserviceable fittings complete all as directed. Make : Philips Cat No. DN097B LED10S-6500 PSU WH or techno commercially equivalent of Havells/CG

S&F in repairs MCB DP 240 volts, AC, 'C' curve, 10 KA, 40 Amps complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing PVC conduit medium grade of size 25mm dia bore complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down fire alarm system complete with smoke detectors cables, panels, hooters etc from existing the position and refixing the same in its position after renovation of building and testing complete all as directed.

Disconnecting and taking down Audio/Video system complete with speaker, LED TV etc from the existing the position and refixing the same in its position after renovation of building and testing complete all as directed.
