M&L for 75mm thk plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type-C2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Plinth protection or sub base as in floor etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub-base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete interlocking tiles (glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) of 60 mm thick ,hydraulically pressed cemented tiles of grey colour with pigments,(glossy finish/ rubber mat finish) factory made, confirming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade as in floor laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cusion and including filling of interstices with fine sand complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note - (i) Sand for the above said work measured and paid seperatly) (ii) Note: Design, shade and pattern of fixing of tiles shall be as directed and approved by GE

M&L for brick work modular size with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by E-in- charge.

M&L for brick work using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 Meter mean radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) ,complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick (measured solid) providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) set in cement mortar ( 1:4), , including all mould- ings including frame ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix galvanized 2 steel barbed wire 2.24 dia with 2 MM dia barbed at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directe by Engr-in-charge (each line wire to be measured). complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix as in repair galvanized 2 steel barbed wire 2.24 dia with 2 MM dia barbed at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc as directe by Engr-in-charge (each line wire to be measured). complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 Mtr deep for foundation etc or for shafts, well, cesspits manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan and n.exc 1.50m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n.exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils to a distance not exceeding 50 Metres and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line (drain pipe) from manhole or from cleaning eyes or from inspection chamber towards septic tank / soak well by roding, watering and removing the solid /liquid sludge and foreign materials completely from inside pipe and depositing in a excavated pit to a distance exceeding 50 m where directed includingnecessary returing filling and removing of surplus soil if any after deposting sludge for 150 mm bore of pipe and below sprinking , bleaching powder around and surrounding areas of the deposting areas.complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tanks/manholes soak well etc by de-watering and setting out liquid sludge or any foreign materials from inside and removing to a distance exc. 100 mtr and depositing in a excavated pits to a distance exc. 100 mtr where dirrected including necessary returning filling and removing of surplus soil if any after depositing sludge and sprinkling of bleaching powder all around of pit/ pits,including covering with a layer of earth and respositioning of the RCC/CI cover slab, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of blockage of Indian/european type water closet by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by opening the inspection eye by using cleaing rod etc till clear flow of water is observed and finally cleaning the water closet by flush of water complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of blockage of floor/nahani/Waste pipe of wash hand basin/sink/bath rooms/Kitchen by using hand pump with rubber bucket or by cleaning rod till clear flow of water is observed complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe internal dia 150mm set in cement mortar (excluding cement concrete bed etc, which will be measured separately). complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F reinforced concrete drain pipes, class NP3, 150mm internal dia, laid and jointed in cement mortar with collars complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation earth work concrete bed and haunching shall be measured and paid separately.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirts etc from MS overhead tank from the mouth of circulating pipe after removing the deposits washed out the tank by using soda, ash, bleaching powder etc of capacity 20000 Gallen including writing the following . (i) TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON _______" and testing on completion all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirts etc from RCC overhead tank from the mouth of circulating pipe after removing the deposits washed out the tank by using soda, ash, bleaching powder etc of capacity 50000 Gallen including writing the following . (i) TANK CLEANED/ CHANGED ON _______" and testing on completion all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.
