Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in floors , roof and pavings n. exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).

Dismantling brick tiles or terracing tiles /roof covering material single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed

Scarpping surfaces of roof by wire brushing and removing all loose dust and cleaning and washing down the surfaces with water complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick plaster in cement mortor 1:3 laid over roof with integral water proofing admixture @ 200 ml per 50 kgs of cement (after the cement is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days of any seepage/leakage etc.) Note :- supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Applying membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75 mm longitudinal wise lap and 100 mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using 3 mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced (wt not less than 150 grams) over applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of bituminous based aluminum paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.50mm aggregates as in padding concrete over the roof slab to bring the slope including forming coving the juction of parape wall and RCC roof slab as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks setting a side (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks capacity exc 500 ltrs & n exc 1000 ltrs and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three layer PVC tank of 500 ltr capacity including Supplied and fixed 20mm dia brass float valve assembly complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polythene water storage tanks, three layered (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) of capacity 1000 lit, hoisted and fixed in position as in repair complete all as specified and directed

S& F Ball brass valve, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed to dia of pipe 20mm as in repairs, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavtion in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum in any kind of soil getting out, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc. 25 mtr and making good of surfaces all as directed.

Excavation in trenches n,exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for foundation and getting out in hard/dense soil.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C2 ( using 40 mm graded aggregates) as in foundation filling and mass concrete.

M&L Pre painted galvanised aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M S work in tubular trusses, vertical posts, purlins, rafters including special shaped washer etc. complete using mild steel sections or induction butt welded tubes conferming to IS 1161-1979 gde St.-240.

M&L MS flat iron for wind ties for roof including securing bolts and all necessary drilling etc and similar work confirming to Fe-410-O or Fe-310-O

M&L Hard core of broken bricks of gauge n exc 63mm, deposited, spread, leveled in layers n exc 15cm thick each layer including watering and well ramming to a true surface.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of hard standing.

M&L100 mm th PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded stone agg) as in hard standing.

Supply only 98mm wide glass dividing strips, 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed

Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6m means radius build in cement mortar 1:6, Complete all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation not exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in hard /dense soil

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement .

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in drive ways of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a lavel .exc 1.50 mtr above the starting point.
