Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) fencing post or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground post embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum , getting out , returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering , and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surfaces in Soft/loose soil

M & L for cement concrete type C2 (1:3:6) (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standerds, rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing chain link MS galvanised fencing any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F galavanised 2 stand steel brrbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at barbs 75mm spaceing and strainings and fixed to any type of standard rails staning bolts including securing or tying at crossing with provision of GI mid steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismanting wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Hot-Rolled steel unequal angles embedded in concrete and screwing etc, securing bolts, post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilled holes , notching for wire, etc ; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling , bolting or riveting , etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, length n exc 6 cm and dia of neck 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L mild steel gd.I. IS-432 (Part I) TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for column, hooking ends & binding with and including mild steel mild steel wire (annealed not less that 0.90 mm dia or securing with chip) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any descripation over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any descripation not exc 10cm width or girth and applying, two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded stone aggt) block masonry with solid blocks exc.10cm in and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and appliying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B-2, (1:2:4) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs or tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aaprons etc laid and bedded in cement mortar complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type C-2, (1:3:6) (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, path/steps etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequred cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigmnet any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness , M-35 Grade with colour rubber finishes on top over sand dust cushions. Note - Sand filling under for interlocking tiles will be measured and paid seperatly

M & L for sand filling under for interlocking tiles including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B-1, (1:2:4) (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in kerbs for interlocking tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, icluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed

M & L cement concrete type D-2, (1:4:8) (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing cement concreteType C-1, (1: 3 : 6) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in coping including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed fixed in as weep hole complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry or concrete block walling in cement mortar 1: 4 all as specified and as directed.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
