Providing and laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-10 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates, premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG-30 Grade Paving Bitumen(as per clause 504.2.1) complyimg with IS 73 in Hot mix plant , loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical Paver Finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting with lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work . Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-17 of specified graded aggregates and filler (Cement) @ 2% by weight of aggregates premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving Bitumen(60/70 Grade) as per clause 504.2.1) complying with IS 73/IS15462(IRS SP53) in hot mix plant, loading of aggregates with F.E. loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with Mechanical Paver Finisher to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with Smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting with a lead of mixed material and all other incidental charges etc complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work (Compacted thickness-30mm). Painting the road surface using approved quality Thermo Plastic material (homogneiously composed of aggregates, pigment, resings and glass reflcetorising beeds) confirming to Clause-803.4.2.2 applied hot either by screeding or extension process at the rate of 5kg/sqmtr of painted surface using suitable machine capable of controlled preparation and laying with surface applicator of glass beads at 250gms/sqmtr allowing cooling to ambient pavement temperatutre, that shall produce an adherent pavement marking of minimum specified thickness of 2.5mm including barricading for traffic diversion as per IRC:35 cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site, barricading for traffic diversion, traffic control including cost of all materials, labour, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and fixing of Reflective Raised Pavement marker (RPM's)/Cat eyes/Road Studs confirming to ASTMD 4280 type H, having reflective panels made of prismatic lens of total internal reflection, the prismatic lens should be electronically fixed ( welded) to the body made of polycarbonate mould, with a height of 20mm, size of 130mmx105mm reflecting area of 13 Sqcm with the slope of retro reflective surface within the limit of 35+ or - 5 degree to the base on either side. The marker shall display an initial minimum luminous intensity of 279 mcd/lux at an entrance angle of zero degree and observation angle of 0.2 degree. The corresponding values for 20 degree entrance and 0.2 degree observation angle shall be 112 mcd/lux with colour multifying factor on either cases for white, yellow and red markers being 1.0, 0.6 and 0.25 respectively" the RPM's should be fixed by using two numbers of polymetric shanks using appropriate adhesive as recommended and certified by the RPM manufacturer. The raised pavement marker should support a sufficient minimum load 13635 kg in accordance with Ministry specification. The test certificates of the product and purchase lot certificate issued by the supplier should be produced at the of billing. The RPM's should be got approved by the Engineer in charge of work before fixing at site. Earthwork excavation for foundation structures as per drawing and technical specfication, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work including all lead, lifts, labour with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Providing and laying Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 mix in foundation (M10) with Granite / Basalt / Trap crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size, clean seived approved sand, mechanically mixed in concrete mixer, placed in foundation and compacted by vibrator, curing for 14 days, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work. Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast U-shaped RCC drains using M20 grade Concrete reinforced with steel @ 5 kg per Sqm Precast units and jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and neatly finished including cost of labour, materials, HOM of machineriesincluding cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.

Providing and laying 100mm thick pre-cast cover slabs over drains of width not exceeding 800 mm using M20 concrete reinforced with steel @ 6.00 kg/Sqm, slabs jointed in CM 1:3 proportion and nicely finished including providing holes in the Cover slabs wherever necessary for easy drainage of surface water including of labour, materials, HOM of machineries, curing, lead and lift charges etc, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, loading, unloading, lead, lift, transporting with all other incidental charges etc., complete and as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge for successful completion of work.
