Earth work in repair of shoulder or in embankment from local available earth including all lead and lift, Labour and T&P with dressing and manual compaction all complete the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5

WBM Grading 3 Providing, Laying, Spreading and Compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes (53 mm to 22.4 mm) from Kabrai site to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 KN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening to fill-up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MORD

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with Bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0 kg per sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 of MORD

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG 10 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.35 to 0.45 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503 of MORD

20 mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous Binder Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness, composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using 60/70 grade Bitumen (VG 30), to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508 of MORD

Seal Coat Providing and laying seal coat type B, composed of crushed stone chipping of below 2.36 mm upto 180 micron size (2.36 mm to 0.18 mm) aggregates and 60/70 Bitumen, to seal the voids in a bitumenous surface, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level, grades and cross fall, as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD

P/L Brick edging by using 1st class brick 8 cm (3") wide and 12 cm deep laid with mud mortar all labour finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth including all labour, T&P, Sundries required for proper completion of work with material.

Providing and fixing Bamboo khunta of dia 50to80 mm and 2.00 to 3.00 mtr long.

Supply and laying of sandy earth plastic cement bags (volume 0.035 com) including cost of earth, costof empty bags, labour, stitching with sutely complete, laying and placing complete at the place of restoration of Embankment. As per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
