Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/roof projections rubbing and scrapping with sander grit to make surface clean, free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and applying minimum 1mm thick wall care putty over prepared surface to achieve the surface even and smooth for painting, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper with roller on old treated/ complete removal surface of wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for preparation old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots all and applying one coat of cement base paint with roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & l for preparation old surfaces including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,moulds,moss and efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint with roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint including primer on old painted surfaces of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamelled paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old treated Wood or Wood based surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 15mm thick in two layers of 10+5mm in CM 1:4 mixed with Water proofing compound (10mm thick in bottom and 5mm thick with WPC in top layer) for external walls , complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. WPC to be measured and paid separately. 2. Work has to be executed to a height of 4 storey.

M & L for taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with WPC for internal walls, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 1. WPC to be measured and paid separately.

Supply only liquid water Proofing Compound, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4( 1 cement,4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3kg of cement per square meter, top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand :2 stone chipping 10 mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chipings complete all as specified.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in squars n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size,quqlity or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazing with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs Galvnised mild steel wire cloth, 0.56 mm confirming to IS nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm and fixed with tinned tacks, wooden beads or galvanised wire staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet figured glass pin headed and glazing with oil putty in squars n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size,quqlity or description) from wooden frame or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazing with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas,roofs,facia, column etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping , cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 3 storey bldgs complete all as specified & directed. Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightend / welded with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

M&L Writing letters or figures (Block,Roman,Italic or Indian) not exc 30cm high, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of palnts/ trees of girth n ex 30 sc from roof tops/ sides, external walls of bldg, Chajjas, wall junctions, junctions of rain water/ CI soil/waste pipe junctions including taking out the roofs entered in wall/ slab surfaces and making good the disturbed surfaced using PCC (1:2:4) type B-O of cement mortar (1:2) including repairing the GI/ CI/ PVC pipe joints which were damaged during cutting/ taking out process to match with the existing and finishing the disturbed surfaces to match with existing including necessary scaffolding/ staging upto a height of 15.00 m from the ground lever complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Any CI/AC/PVC pipes or pipe fittings damaged during the process of work shall be replaced by new one without any extra cost to the department . The decision of the GE in this regard shall be final and binding. (II) The debris including vegetation plant/ trees shall be disposed off to a distance exc 0.5Km and n. exc 1.00kg all as directed by engineer –in-charge. (iii) For deciding the girth of the pant/ tree the height shall be taken at 30cm above the slab/ wall. (iv) The labour employed by the contractor for carrying out ehg work shall be provided with safety equipment and quoted shall be deemed to include the same.

NOTE :The periodical services will be executed as per requirements of the follwing buildings as below :- (a) Bldg No SM - 341 to 344 (b) Bldg No ACE 1 TO 26 (c) 11 Gen road, Vikram path (d) Demo bty, EME, ASC, AMN Dump, AB Road, Gern road, Demo Bn.
