Preparation of Architectural drawings like Topo Plan 500M radius, Model Plan, Detail Plan, e-DCR drawing, Elevation and 3D views, including necessary site visit, Survey, printing charges and DTCP online application processing, liaisoning with local authorities etc., as per DTCP norms for applying the plan approval and obtaining approval from Town and Country Planning/ Municipal/Panchayat authorities for the proposed components in the Tourism projects at below mentioned light houses. (The statutory fees/charges such as processing fee, Centage charges, I&A charges, scrutiny fee etc., to the Govt. authorities will be borne by DLL, Chennai, in actuals as and when required.) All other expenses including conveyance charges for site visit, survey, liasoning, taxes etc., shall have to be borne by the architect/firm. (The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all expenses except statutory fees/charges/levies applicable)
