Electrical modification work including Design, Supply, Erection, testing and commissioning of 25 KV, 50 Hz, Sigle phase Traction Overhead Equipment for proposed NHAI constructed ROB no - 1 (22 Km) and ROB no - 3 (29 Km) in Mangaon section under Ratnagiri region of Konkan Railway.

The tenderer must meet all criteria related to technical capability, financial capacity, bid capacity, organizational resources, and other stipulations outlined in the tender.

Tenderers must possess a valid Electrical Contractor's License. Self attested copies of such licenses must be included in the tender submission. Offers without a valid license will be summarily rejected.

Self attested copies of GST ID and PAN No needs to be submitted along with the offer.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Contractor is to abide by provisions of Payment of Wages act & Minimum Wages act in terms of clause 54 and 55 of KR GCC. Contractor shall register his firm/company etc. and upload requisite details of labour and their payment in the portal 'www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in'.

Contractor shall upload all information monthly on 'www.shramikkalyan.indiarailways.gov.in' website and shall submit a certificate along with the bills, that "I have uploaded the correct details of contract labours engaged in connection with this contract and payment made to them during the wage period in above portal.

Standard general conditions of contract, July 2022, shall be applicable for this tender/ work

Price Variation Clause(PVC) is not Applicable for this Contract. Rates accepted by the Railway Administration will remain fixed for the duration of the contract. No price escalation will be allowed during the contract period, even if an extension is granted.
