Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) As per D.S.R 4.1.8

Brick Work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plint in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) As per D.S.R 6.1.2

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).As per D.S.R 5.3

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.As per 2.25A

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing DSR 13.31.1

Concrete with 40 mm. gauge brick ballast, fine sand of 1.25 FM and cement in proportion of 12:6:1 in foundation and under floor, Including supply of all Material, Labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion the work.as per S I No.273

Providing and laying of factory made 80 mm thick Interlocking cement concrete tiles (30 mpa) including 25mm thick compacted bed of fine sand compacting and proper embedding/ laying of interlocking tiles leveling and dressing of surface to required level and slope, filling joints with fine sand including the cost of material, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as directed by engineer-in charge.as per NEW ITEM NO.1

Supply of Informatory M.S. Sign. Board Size 1200x900mm made of 18 gauge M.S. Sheet fixed in ISA 40x40x5 mm. frame by flat iron 40x5mm. on all four sides along with two vertical post of 2150mm. long from bottom to frame of angle iron 40x40x5 mm. with 150mm. horizontal hold fast at bottom braced with 40x5mm. flat iron 1980mm. long electrically welded and painted with one coat of redoxide primer.Rates Sanction SE/RED RS. 4200/-+writting and fixing.
