Demolition of brick or stone / concrete block / stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of tiles of any description in floors and skirting including cement mortar and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L precast cement concrete block masonary with solid block exc 10 cms in width 1:3:6 type C-1(using 20 mm graded aggregate) and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls beam and colums in floors, roofs, landing, deck slabs and shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for formwork the edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide roughed finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor TMT steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia but in stirrups complete all as specified and as directed.

M&Lfor TMT steel bars 6 to 8 mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including MS wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls including raking out joints, haking for key scrubbing down with water etc and preparing old walls to recive plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair face of block masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of oil bound distemper oil-emulsion over one coat of Chalk whiting, on newly plastered wall surfaces including preparation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring 25mm thick finished even and rough without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layers of mortars 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid dark shade ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm in floors etc, set joint free Non skid tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 13 above, but, on vertical surfaces such as skirtings, dados etc. over 10 mm thick backing coat in cement plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and making good surface as in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, rails and fastening and heavy bracket framing including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-laminated galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coveringin any curvature, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for steel & iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, fillings, mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, benching including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returing, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm, hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 1.50 KM but n.exc 5 KM and depositing where complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation n exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone, interstices filled, surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under floor finishes or in Foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for removing excavated soil material exc. 250m but n. exc 500m and depositing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for angles as in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Chain link MS galvanised fencing including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining blots, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or type at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.
