Supply and fixing of aluminium three track sliding window consisting of standard section of weight more than 3.5kg/rm for frames and more than 0.55kg/rm for shutters section, with 02 glazed shutters of 5mm tk sheet/ pin float glass & 01 no FRP mesh fly proof shutter with necessary handles, roller wheels, locks, rubber beading, necessary packing material etc complete fixed to wall and floor surfaces with cleats, screws etc including necessary joining clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws etc complete all as specified of appropriate make as described by Engr in charge. Note : The profiles should be cut to length and welded 45 degrees. The window should be designed such that the water drainage does not pass drain through the inner chamber. The window system should be fixed directly to the plastered brick wall using self expanding nylon plug and driving ms electroplated screws into plug. All the hardware like rollers, handles should be screwed with self tapping screws. The handles, locks should not be released from outside.

M&Lpreliminated particle board 12 mm thick interior grade , preliminated both side lamination fixed with screw or cleats or beadings to aluminium frames/ MS frames.

S & F sheet glass, ordinary quality, in squares exc 0.5 sqm each pane of 4.8 mm thickness all as specified and directed

S & F powder coated aluminium frame for doors, window, ventilators/ partitions with one or more rebates including jointing cleats for fixing etc complete all as spefied and directed.

S & F aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including, necessary jointing, cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges as specified,stopper anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified

S & F aluminium (extruded section) body door closed hydraulically regulated/ telescopic top/ side hung closer, universal type, suitable for door/ window shutters for any width of doors and of weight exc 80 Kg and fixed all as specied and direcetd.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165

M & L two coats synthetic enamel paint over priming with red oxide on new steel Surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth,not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth

Material and labour for providing aluminium powder coated snap grid frame work supported by hanger 6mm dia GI (up to length as per site requirement) for false ceiling, adjusting level fixed to roof slabs/ walls/wooden members by means of ceiling cleats made out of GI flat 40x3 mm size 60 cm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete all as specified for false ceiling fixed with screws as per manufactures instructions in flat or slope ceiling.

M & L 15-16mm tk Perforated particle board/ tiles in false ceiling for insula-tion and accoustic purposes, 60x60 cm in size, fixed with nails to timber framework or with staples on snap grid in flat or sloping ceiling.
