Providing and laying cement conccretee 1:4:8 ( one cemeent is to four sand is to eight aggregate ) 25mm ( forty millimetre ) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.. Providing and laying 60mm (sixty millimetre) heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concretewith 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curin rubbing & polishing complete (Subbase concrete floor to be paid for separtly within all leads, lifts and other incidentals The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, gst or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying Birla white wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final finish to the surface complete within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat on new concrete masonry/plaster surfaces with readymixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required Paint other than white within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer- Incharge.

Painting two or more coats (excluding priming coat) over new wood and wood based surfaces with Nerolac/ Asian or equivalent with enamel paint other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust andother foreign matter . within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing vitreous china wash basin with pedestal & single holes for pillar tap with CI or MS brackets painted with including cutting holes and making good the same but exceding fitting and angle back 600*480 within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The rate including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other rexes imposed by the Goverment.

Providing and fixing stainless steel Kitchen sink with drain board 600*450*250mm (six hundred in to four hundred fifty in to two hundred fifty millimetre) with bowl depth 250mm (two hundred fifty millimetre) ISI 304 (18/8) as per IS: 13983 with CI brackets and stainless steel plug 40mm 9forty millimetre) including painting of fitting and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 15mm (Fifteen millimetre) diameters C.P. brass. Bib tap of Continental Series of Jaquar / Classik Series of Hindware / Floral Series of Cera / Vintage Series of Kerovite / Hindon Series of Jal ISI marked of approved quality (superior or heavy type) and colour complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkhana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing4mm plain glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
