Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section embedded in concrete, brick work masonry etc, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6), type C-2, using 40 mm graded aggregate as in base of post holes etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates etc (cut to ordinary) lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) qualith A etc completed all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs only flat iron in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs for Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips etc complete.

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brick work straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in Cement Mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in Cement Mortar (1:6) in two layers, each 10 mm thick, top layer mixed with integral water proofing liquid admixture as per manufacturers instruction on brick or concrete surface of wall, finished the surface fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment from old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by Vacuum based sanding machine, removal of nail etc & filling cracks/hole with putty, and applying two coats of Anti fungal paint with primer white or coloured by Auto Roller, including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instruction.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall with alkali resistant primer, and applying two coats of Anti fungal paint white or coloured by Auto Roller, including necessary scaffoldings complete all as specified and directed as per manufacturers instruction.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 1 cm n.exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration of untreted new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth, and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated old steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over coat of red oxide primer not otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete (1:2:4), type B0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc.laid bedded & pointed in any mortar etc complete all as directed.

Hard Core of guage not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick using stone boulders of trap stone, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub floors, sub bases, floors and pavings to receive floor finishes complete all as specified.

M&L for sand filling under floor or in foundations including watering and cosolidation complete all as specified.

S&F 80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver blocks with white cement and color pigment, any shape and size conforming to IS 15658:2006 of M-40 Grade with grey cement pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base & mass concrete in foundation concrete, sides and making fair round/ chamfering the edge all as specified and directed.
