Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade of all sizes .TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor shall conform to IS – 1786 (Latest edition) and BARC specification Note: 1) The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also testing third party from approved laboratories without any extra cost. 2) Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor at their own cost and will not be measured for payment. 3) Cover blocks shall be of same grade of concrete.
Providing Structural steel work in M.S Plain Plates and Chequrred Plates for Embedded Parts, Trench Covers, Connection plates etc.including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved zinc chromate steel primer etc.including cost of structural steel Plates, welding all labour charges etc. complete as per drawings and specifications. Using materials of approved manufacturers. All test reports to be provided along with the supply of the materials conforming to IS:2062

Providing and fixing concertina barbed tape coil of follwoing dia. made from M.S galvanized ribbon tape of 0.5 mm thickness, 19 mm width stretching the coil to 9 m approximate, fixing the coil with clips between "Y" armed and MS angle posts 2.44 m high from ground level, including supplying and fixing MS galvanized clips etc. complete as per manufacturer's specification and including painting by dipping method the concrtina tape coil with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade and make over a coat of approved primer at fabrication shop, before bringing the material to the site and fixing in position etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
