Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All works upto plinth level in (1:3:6) grade with 20mm nominal size of crushed stone aggre-gates.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 coarse sand) & extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level. (by manual means)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks insuperstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth including curing in :Cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Centring and Shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete

12 mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give an even shade on New Work (three or more coats)

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport inculding loading / unloading and stacking complete. Sand lead up to 20 kms.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport inculding loading / unloading and stacking complete. Stone aggregate below 40 mm lead up to 20 kms.

Carriage of materials by mechanical transport inculding loading / unloading and stacking complete. Bricks lead up to 25 Kms.
