Providing and laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam 250 mm thick specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechnanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with pavers in Sub Base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to acheive the desired density including cost of material, labour charges, rentals for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per clause 406 of MORTH Rev-5 (This Rate Is Applicable Only If Work Is Done During Night)

Supplying and filling with earth up to 15 Km. for foundation and basement,etc.,including watering and consolidating,etc.,complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 Mix (one Part of cement, four Part of M- Sand and Eight Part of aggrigate) using 40 mm size ISS HBG metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site. Loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing. Laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO : 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 Mix (one Part of cement, two Part of M- Sand and four Part of aggrigate) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal machine crushed from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per TNDSS NO: 28 & VI (S2) VI (S5A) VII standard specifications as directed by Engineer incharge.

Providing and Laying in position, standardised concrete mix M25 grade in accordance with IS 456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC item of work with minimum cement content of 350 kg/ms na dmaximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture ( plastisizer/ super plastisizer in recomanded propotion as per IS 9103 to acceselarate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without comparing strength and durability with about (5.0 cum) 7730kg. of 20mm jelly and about (4.79 cum) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of in reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing , curing etc. and providing fixtures, fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof/slab/ wherever neccessary without claiming extra, etc., complete compling with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer. the course and fine aggregate to be used should comply with the requirement with IS Std. ( No seprate payment will be made by the dpt fot the excess usage of material).a) Basement

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two M- Sand and four aggrigate) using 10 to 12mm stone chips – 25mm tk etc., Complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing of M.S grillgate of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

ABS DOOR / EQUIVALENT Specification: Providing of 35mm thick factory made pre laminated ABS (Acrolynitrile Butadiene Styrene) Door Shutter moulded in different designs, consisting of all round frame made out of water proof solid foam PVC bar of size 20 x 32mm, reinforced by 32 x 32mm - 2 Nos., for vertical made out of LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), core material of 32mm thick high density craft paper honey comb board, sandwiched on both sides with pre-laminated ABS sheet thickness of 1.5mm. PVC edge banding of size 0.45mm on the vertical sides. Hardware made out of steel coated butterfly hinges - 3 Nos., for each shutter and ISI make SS round lock complete for finished item of work, complete complying with the standard specification. The door shutter and frame should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work

UPVC Window Specification: Supplying and fixing UPVC (Un-Plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride) Windows of casement type (open) from the profile the size of outer frame 60mm x 58mm and shutter profile are reinforcement with GI/1mm 125GSM and 100% corrosion free, the profiles are multi chambered sections with wall thick of 2mm. The EPDM rubber (black colour) covered with over all the edges of frame and shutter the shutter will be providedwith Espag multi power point locks and also it operates as handle. The corners and joints should be welded and cleaned. Radiations free pin headed plain or brown colour glass 4mm thick should be provided to the shutter and it should not allow leakage of water even at most ranging storms and should have key lockable action, security protective hinges, strong locking systems and as per size for arresting noise and energy loss. The connecting mechanism between sash and outer frame that enables opening of the window. The window should be fixed to the wall with 100% packing with screws and silicon packing all round the frames. The window should be got approved from the Executive Engineer before use on work.
