Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (above or below GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonary, built in cement moratar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, mass concreting, sub base of floors etc complete all as specified and directed

Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 250 m but n exc. 500 m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, laid on edge in floors; old size bricks bedded and jointed in Cement mortar 1:4 and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' brick tiles in brick-on-edge wall (less than 1/2 brick thick), built in CM(1:4) and pointing with in CM(1:3) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to brick walls in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement or cement plaster any description from brick or stone wall etc. including raking out of joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced cut as required to facilitate demolation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete1:2:4 type B-2 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs including necessary form work etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 21 above but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups spacers and binders complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab and similar work n.exc 200 mm thick (horizental or slopping) fair finished flat surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L form work to edges of concrete flats, treads,break in floor & roofs n.exc 20 cm wide horizontal or slooping and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars, benching complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 (1:3:6) 75 mm thick as in plinth protection surface fair & even.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors for laying tiles floors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured, glossy finish Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and painted in white or coloured cement in floors incl 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
