Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of New 1000 LPH RO Plant at JIPMER Ramanathapuram (JIRHC), Puducherry

Supplying and Installation of 80" X 40" Reverse Osmosis Membrane 1000 litre with Housing italic coupling, pipe connection, etc., with testing and commissioning as required.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a 2 HP to 3 HP High-Pressure Pump (3-Phase). The Scope includes necessary SS 304 grade suction and delivery piping, fittings, and interconnections, item also includes secure anchoring/positioning as per site requirements, transportation to the site, and final performance testing.

Providing and fixing of 1 HP Raw water pump Single/3phase in Right position and fixing pipe connections properly including transport charges, with test and commissioning, as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of FRP Pressure Sand Filter (PSF) and Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) units, each 13" x 54" in size. The Scope also includes 25mm (1") Multiport Valves (MPV) with necessary connections.

Supplying and charging filter media including pebbles, fine sand, coarse sand, and activated carbon in required gradations for PSF and ACF. The work should also include screening, washing, and positioning of materials in accordance with the specified section with all leads and lifts involved including transportation of materials to site of works.

Providing and fixing 20-inch PP Wound Micro Cartridge Filters (5 & 10 Micron) Including filter housings, cartridges, transportation to site and commissioning.

Providing and fixing 50L Dosing Tank and 4 LPH Dosing Pump at a pressure of 3-4 kg/cm², including 8mm hose piping, fittings, and accessories., etc.

Providing and fixing SS 304 grade frame set assembly, including a complete set of valves and interconnecting fittings, including of transportation, assembly, testing, and commissioning.

Providing and fixing monitoring instruments including Pressure Gauges, Rotameters, Digital TDS Meter, and High/Low Pressure Switches, Inclusive of all specialized fittings and commissioning as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 1,000 LPH UV Disinfection System with all necessary accessories as required.

Providing and fixing an Integrated RO Control Panel system, including complete electrical power and control wiring, inclusive of all relays, starters, and terminal connections required for system automation as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, and positioning of a 1,000-liter Stainless Steel (SS) 304 Grade tank, including loading, transportation, unloading, and lifting to the designated location, complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and installation of required valves and assorted fittings (bends, tees, tank nipples, etc.), including testing of joints complete as required for proper functioning of the system.

Supplying and Laying of ASTM Schedule 40 water supply pipes, including all CPVC fittings. The Work also includes installation of pipe clamps, jointing with high-strength one-step solvent cement, and pressure testing of joints, complete as required.
