Repair to roof cleaning and misc work under GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt

M&L for uprooting of trees, grass, bushes etc from brick wall/roof surface/or any other surfaces of building incl dismantling the req brick work/roof tiles/mud concrete etc for uprooting the vegetation etc and make good the same to match with exixting surface with same material or concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 after pouring the chemical (which destroy the growth of vegetation to the place where vegetation removed). The rate shall include for scaffoldingor any other arrangement required during this process upto 10 mtr height, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc, but excluding ashlar facings , complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius with old size bricks built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L brickwork with subclass `B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 but except bricks, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick brick tiles laid in cement mortar bed 1:6 , 15 mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item no. 6.00 , but except tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Flush pointing in cement mortar 1:3 on brick tiles laid flat, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor and paving exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level , complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1(using 20mm graded stone aggragates) in roofkerbs or mud stops benching rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and as directed.
