REPAIR/ MAINTAINENCE OF SOLAR WATER HEATERS INCLUDING CONNECTED ITEMS AT MIL STN ABOHAR AND FAZILKA

M&L for complete dismantling of solar water heating system incl all water and electric connection of capacity 500 ltrs per day and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testing complete:-. (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nuts bolts , washers, unions,sockets flanges and screw etc complete. (b) Descaling/desludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals, cleaning and washing all copper tube thoroughly cleaning the complete solar pannel of making the tube scale free and reassembling the pannel. (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete.

All as per item No. 1 here in before but of capacity 300 ltrs per day complete all as directed by Engineer -in -charge

Supply and installation in replacement of complete solar energy collector pannel made of aluminum body with toughened glass complete with copper fins incl all accessories of capacity 100 ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge. Make:-TATA BP SOLAR/BHEL/SOLOCHROME/STAR TECH/NOVEL ENERGY NEW DELHI/SURYA SHAKTI/INTER SOLAR/RASHAMI SOLAR .

Supply and fix in replacement of solar energy master collector panel complete with 9 No.copper fins of capacity 100 Ltrs per day complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of solar pannel toughened glass having thickness 5 mm all all as existing model of solar panel system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Material & labour in replacement of solar pannel complete rubber gaskets made out of fine rubber to make system air tight dust and water leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -charge.

Supply and fix compressed glass wool 48 mm thick between solar energy collector pannel copper tubes frame and alluminium body pannel including securing on the pannel by mean of necessary adhesives all as directed all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement aluminium sheet cover as per existing size to protect glass wool on solor energy collector pannel by means of screws complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S& F hose pipe for hot/cold water for solar system of suitable length as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps of required size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for insulation of hot water pipe with glass wool and covering with alluminium sheet cladding 25 gauge for 20/15 mm bore GI pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundations fillings and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L for staging of solar system cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps,and back plates fabricated from mild steel sections including nuts ,bolts ,washers,welding,bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide under one finishing coat of synthetic enemel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

M&L in replacement of submain wiring with two single core cables PVC FRLS insulated unshethed 4 Sqmm stranded copper conductor drawn in existing conduit with and including PVC FRLS INSULATED 2.5 Sqmm stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note: PVC cable two single core and one single core of sizes as mentioned will considered as one unit.

Supply and fix ball brass valves/ float valve assembly with polythene float and fly nut complete 20 mm bore dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of Geyser Inner tank stainless steel of capacity 25 Ltrs including Inner Assembly, nut bolts,rubber sheets,heating element ,phase indicator and connected items,after repair of Geyser refixing at site ,making all electrical connection ,testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge

Replacement of Geyser Outer body of capacity 25 Ltrs including glass wool, base plate, Secrews etc. and connecting items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
