The Prime Chamber shall b¢ constructed with 3 Layers inner most will br 1 I5mm 15-8 quality fire bricks tDalmia Stake only ) 2nd layer will be I I Smm Hot fécc Insulation Bricks Rajestan Make Ord layer will bc75mm Cold fsce Insulation brick and Outer will be mild Sccel sh¢cts provission to with stand temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. The furnace shall have Ash collection chamber with door size of 400rnm X 3S0mm & provision for periodic ash removal. The fñmaee shall have ceramic tiles finishing on che outer side. The front side of furnace will be covered by moving MS fabricated door lined with Insulation Bricks. Door operation will be the Mororised /manual. The Furnace will have the 7 Nos of Body Resisting Cast Iron solid Shapped Bricks.

The Impeller Should be the Stainless Steel 55-304 Grade and the 6asiny should be the stainless Steel 2 mm thickness.The Mob shall be 1S/SS Bs dictated by the Incinerator System operation.

Duct Line From Scrubber to ID Fan Blower and ID Fan Blower and to the Chimney. The Duct will be fVladc out of Mild Steel conscruction with Flanges of 280rnm to S2Smm Dia.

Electrical Panel Board. Back, Electrical cables. \\’iring etc.. as directed by the departmenUl officers.The Panel Board will be capable for the Door Operation, Blower and Pump ON/OFF controls, and Burner Control Operations. The Total no. of 4 Burners will have individual Control Switch for Ignition and the Common Switch for the Blower Controls.The Control panel will be death wired with Idieny‘ marked umbers and the cables for the Door will be the I .5 Sq mm 1 core wire for ihe Suitable length from the Control panel o motor. The 4 Nos Burner Table will the I .5 Sq.mm 3 core suitable length ftom the control panel co Burners and the Motor will control the Limit with limit switches. The Fume Duct ID Blower cable u‘iII be the 4Sq.mm 3 Core cable from Controlpanel to fv1otor. The C”ontrol Panel Should have the MSB. Indicating Lamps. Push Buttons. OF OFF Switches, Contactors.
