Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in charge in all types of soils

All as Item No. 1.00 above but exc 1.5m and nexc 3.0m depth

All as Item No. 1.00 above but exc 3.0 m and nexc 3.50 m depth

Removing excavated material 500m and upto a total distance of 1.5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Loose filling with aggregates of gauge 80 to 150 mm filling in craters etc with broken stone/boulders

M&L for Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface filling in craters etc with broken stone/boulders

Sand filling under floors or in foundation, in craters etc including watering & consolidation

Supply and laying in position polythene sheet of minimum 400 micron thickness of any colour as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Material and Labour for filling in craters graded stone aggregates of grading 63 to 20 mm complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Rent and Hire charges for Static Roller exc 8 Tonne but not exceeding 12 Tonne (Diesel operated) for consolidation of earth / sand / moorrum / hardcore/broken stone boulders etc as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note:- Fuel and Operators (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift) charges bear by the contractor.

Rent and Hire charges for Vibratory Roller (Tandem Roller) exc 8 Tonne but not exceeding 12 Tonne (Diesel operated) for consolidation of earth / sand / moorrum / hardcore/broken stone boulders etc as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note:- Fuel and Operators (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift) charges bear by the contractor.

Rent charges for Water tanker Trolley Mounted inclusive of Tractor for pulling (9.0 KL Capacity each) all as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note:- Fuel, Lubricants and Operator (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift of 8 Hours Each) charges bear by the contractor.

Rent and Hire Charges for Flat Bed Transporter including driver/fuel/toll charges and all other charges for maintenance etc to Transport Material Bags (1.20 Tonnes Each, Minimum 24 Bags) from AF Stn Kalaikunda to DDK Range and back

Rent and Hire Charges for Flat Bed Transporter with ramp facility including driver/fuel/toll charges and all other charges for maintenance etc to Transport IMDM Equipment from AF Stn Kalaikunda to DDK Range and back

Rent and Hire charges for Crane of minimum 15 Tonne Capacity (Diesel operated) for hoisting of material etc as directed by Engineer -In-Charge. Note:- Fuel, Lubricants and Operators (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift) charges bear by the contractor.

Rent and Hire charges for Diesel Generator minimum 5 KVA and 15 Flood Lights for night illumination. Note:- Fuel, Lubricants and Operators (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift) charges bear by the contractor.

Rent and Hire charges for pneumatic rock breaker mounted on an excavator (JCB arm preferably) for breaking up of concrete inclusive of Fuel, Lubricants, Operator and Helpers Note:- Fuel, Lubricants and Operators (minimum 01 operators and 02 helpers per shift) charges bear by the contractor.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete as in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass concrete

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

Use and Waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, rough finished surfaces of concrete, flat

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses

Use and Waste of Formwork to Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter flat finished rough

M&L for Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like

Use and waste of Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

S&F Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips (as in horizontal support to tie up chain link)

Demolition of Brickwork masonry, built in cement mortar at ordered portions including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6)

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate in in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing comound shall be measured & paid separately

M&L for preparation of new or previsouly untreated plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) finished fair and even without using extra cement as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors, pavings etc NOTE :- The subject work is an emergency work in nature and the contractor will be infomed 24 Hrs prior to execute the work. The contractor is liable to arrange all necessary manpower, materila and machinery within 24Hrs of intimation. No delay will be entertained. Necessary Manpower in adequate quantity for execution of work within stipulated time frame is deemed to be included in quoted rates. Contractors may Quote Accordingly.
