Material and labour for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles of size 600 x 600 mm, 7 to 8mm thick, laid in flooring, with & including 5mm thick adhesive of Ferrouscrete (FERRO-1122) / Fevimate XL- Pidilite / Gold star of Bal Endura or equivalant including necessary roughning of existing PCC flooring & levelling the floor if required, grouting the joints complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for coloured light shade Digitial Glazed vitrified tiles 7 to 8mm thick, superior quality, 100mm high skirting, over & including a backing coat of 10mm thick in CM 1:3, complete and making nosing at right angle corner, including levelling the wall, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Skirting shall be flush with the walls

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors laid or on riser and treads bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete filling of any description in sunken portion and removing debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Treatment of sunken floor slab compraises of the following specifications and all as specified :-

(i) M&L for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely. 40mm thick avg PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding conc to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately)

(ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting carried out.

(iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy puty.

(iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean.

(v) M&L for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately)

(vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.

(vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 all round after painting with anticorrosive paint.

Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. Cost of testing is inclued in the rates quoted above.

Supply and fix low density polythy lene (LDPE) pipes 40mm dia of pressure rating 6 Kg /CM2 laid in walls/floors from WHB out let upto Nahani trap including required nos of elbows/ fittings, and cutting chasing in, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs Kitchen sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1 mm thick (SS grade 304 AISI 18/8) IS embosed (IS : 13983) gloosy finish ktichen sink with plugs, washeres and wastes including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460 mm bowl size 410 mm x 330 mm x 160 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fix 38mm dia PVC (flexible) waste pipe, 800mm for Kitchen sink complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar an removal of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Telescopy channels shall be measured and paid under separate item.
