CA NO. GE AF NO.1/GUR-22/2023-24 REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF 250KLPD AND 85KLPD SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT AND AUXILARY E/M ITEMS AT AF STN GURGAON UNDER GE (AF) GURGAON NO.1.

Amount

Supply only sodium hypochlorite in factory sealed HDPE container (40 to 50 Ltrs each) having, chlorine concentration level not less than 65% complete all as specified and as directed. Make: -Decibac / Shree Rayalseema or equivalent as approved in MES in E-in-C or in any command.

Testing of Sewage Treated water as per relevant IS of STP , submission of detailed test report before and after treatment of water. Testing should be done from Govt approved laboratory Test report indicates the following parameters :- (a) Carrying out minimum essential testing of sewage water as per revlevant IS mandatory for chemical, odour, PH Value, TSS, BOD,COD total nitrogen, sulphate, oil and grease ammonical Nitrogen (NH3-N) and Bacteriological total collifrom organisms and other charaterstics as per relevant IS of sewage water. Note: Testing to be done in 1st week of every month.

Cleaning of Oil & Grease Strap tank, Equilization tank, CCT Tank, sludge tank & Treated water tank of 250 KLPD Plant complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note :- Cleaning shall be carried out by the following methods (i) Removing all the existing water from the tank through tankers (ii) Cleaning inner surface of tank by scraping with steel wire brush and removing mud & sludge collected inside the tanks manually at a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs. (iiI) Washing with clean water & bleaching powder mixture complete tank internally and removal of left out sludge. (iii) Labour and T&P required for removal of settled down sewage sludge/mud inside the sewage tank for scooping out from inside and below the septic/staining sewage water inside the well and lifting the same and deposited on top and near by the sewage tank where directed and further to removal the same where approved by the PCB (iv) All Safety measures to be taken by the contractor for doing the cleaning.

Make: Supreme/diplast/kisan /SFMC or equivalent from the make specified . Note: Compressor joint and all other joint included in this quoted rate.

Supply , laying and fixing in replacement of HDPE pipe of 90mm dia of PE -63 material Black colour having 6kgf/cm2 pressure rating alongwith joint i.e. elbow,Tee,union.coupler, end cap etc with compressor push fitting as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Supreme/diplast/kisan /SFMC or equivalent from the make specified . Note: Compressor joint and all other joint included in this quoted rate.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5M wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exc 10 Sqm on plan and not exc 1.5M in depth and getting only out in hard soil/standing complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in trenches including spreadin, levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms thick in each layer of oil complete all as specified and directed

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance exc 50 Mtr and deposting where directed at l level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engr - in Charge

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for protection of LT under ground cable including punning and consolidation complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally available in trenches for protection of underground cable complete as sepecified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: Water to be removed through filling of water tankers and thereafter cleaning to be done all this rate is included in quoted rate.

S&F of Dosing Pump IMP 64 Diaphragm Water Pump (0.5 hp) , Electrical 230 V AC, 50 Hz., Splash-proof enclosure, Dosing rate @ 4 Kg/Cm² & 10.0 Lph, Built in air release valve (ARV) , IP 65 certified, Suction/Discharge tubing 4/6 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L for filling of Sand media including removing the water and cleaning complete from Sand Filter complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE NON CLOG PUMP, 7.5HP, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs -4.5Kg) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material and other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the SUBMERSIBLE SEWAGE NON CLOG PUMP, 12.5hp, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs -5Kg) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material and other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the 25 HP submersible motor, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs - 7.5) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material and other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

M&L for cutting and taking out unserviceable copper wire windings from the rotor grooves of the 2.5 HP submersible motor, cleaning the grooves/ rotor with chemical reagent, re – winding the same with super enamelled PVC insulated copper wire of suitable gauge (Approx Kgs - 9.5) including teflon tape insulating paper jointing material and other accessories etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Rate included taking out & refixing of pump & motor from the sump.

Monthly Technician charges for checking up working of STP Plant or whenever required of parameter i.e. BOD, COD, Sludge, PH value complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 70 sq mm 3½ core all as specified and directed

M& L in replacement of standpost to water sprinkler plastic 15-18mtr range, Type Pop Up 25 mm dia all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement of Air Release Valve of 90mm Dia alongwith Saddle and UPVC pipe all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Note:- (a) The amount of Rs 39,130/- against Schedule of Credit on Page No 110 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A' while deriving the Contract Sum for Acceptance.
