A. Providing services for operation and maintenance of complete sewage treatment plant including collection chamber, arrivation and sedimentation tank pressure filter and all other connected equipments by providing one semi skilled opertor (FGM) all as directed by Engineer-in-charge in each shift for 3 shifts in a day for complete STP oxidation pond etc at Sevoke Mil Stn :- Locations - Seawage Pump, Oxidation Pond and S3P Plant (a) 01 x FGM (Semi-skilled) - Each Shift - 58 ( 02 Shifts per day for 29 days).

TESTING OF TREATED WATER:- The treated water shall be got tested by the tenderer once in a month from Reginal Govt. Lab / other Approved lab. Samples shalll be collected in the presence of Engr-in-charge and test report shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge in original for record purpose. if parameters of tested water are beyond the limits mentioned above or contractor failed to carryout the required test(s) the penal recovery at double the quoted rates of the contractor for the entire month shall be made from the contractor. One test in each month at period of 30 days. Notes for item Ser Nos 1 and 2:- 1. Minimum requirement of FGM required for providing M&O services as assessed for employing and additional manpower, However, necessary price adjustment on (-) minus side will be admitted by the employment on manpower at any particular day / duration falls below the minimum requirement based. Such adjustments will be based on minimum fair wages or quoted rate which ever is higher. 2. Before commencement of work, list of all employees / staff is to be submitted to GE alongwith qualification / experience, details and ID proofs. Payment to all staff/emplotees for rendering services is to be made as per min wages act of Central/State minimum wages whichever is higher through bank account of employees. 3. At the time of submission of bill, proof in respect of payment made to the employees alongwith EPF details is to be submitted. 4. Duty roster and attendance register to be maintained. 5. The test of treated water shall include measuring :- (a) TDS (b) BOD5 (c) PH (d) Residual chlorine (e) DO (f) Coliform Count. 6. Contractor should quote rates as per prevailing minimum wages as applicabel and considering all statutory payment as per Govt Rules in existing failing which tender will be treated as non bonafied and such bidder will be debarred for future quoting of tender for next six months.
