Cleaning the existing SGSW/ CI /PVC (SWR) sewage Pipe line of any dia by mechanical means by rodding, jetting and removing all sludge and foreign matters completely and neatly from the pipe line under foul condition (including lines and manholes under blocked/ choked condition) and making the sewage lines serviceable for free flow of sewage including blocking of higher level manholes, washing with fresh water to the cleaned line by means of hydraulic/ pneumatic/ vacuum water jet etc all as specified and directed. These operation shall be carried out strictly in conformity with the provisions of 'Manual scavenging (Prohibition) Act and by following all mandatory safety provisions.

Cleaning of manholes of any size and depth up to 2.00 mtrs under foul condition, by removing MH covers, removing of accumulated liquid, sludge/ sediments by mechanical means, transporting the fluid/ sludge etc in covered containers by mechanical means and disposing of the same in CPCB approved central STP/ ETP facility. Cleaning of the manholes with fresh water and white washing inside MH, including petty repairs of cement mortar/ cement concrete (type B-1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate and) patch work on holes if any made by rodents and making good to walls, placing the MH covers back intact in position and setting in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing individual blockages in IWC/ EWC mechanically and removing all sludge and foreign matters completely, neatly and making serviceable for free flow all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No. 3 hereinbefore, but for Gully trap / nahani trap / floor trap etc including opening the gratings and replacing the covers / gratings in position and making good complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank / sewage sump / soak well by removing of sludge and sediments in dry or mud state by machanical means, transporting the fluids / sludge etc in covered containers mechanically and burying the same in pits where directed as approved by local authorities including necessary excavation, refill and disposal of surplus soil etc, complete, cleaning of septic tank with water, placing the covers intact and removing bush / vegatation near by septic tank to and extent of 3M all round complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipe (salt glazed drain pipes, AC or RCC) set in cement mortar internal dia of pipes 150mm / 110mm including under and haunching of cement concrete all as specified and directed.

S&F 160mnm (Outer dia) PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length, laid in trenches, in floors or fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) gully traps 125 x 110mm, setting and jointing with solvent cement including concrete pedestal etc complete all as specified and directed.

PVC (SWR) bend of any radius 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) bend of any radius 110 mm dia with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

110mm dia PVC (SWR) junction single, (Single T) equal or unequal with access door all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to 160mm bore drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Concrete bed to 110mm bore drain pipes in PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) including packing under and haunching against the side of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each, complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as in soils all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork, stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors (including tiles / floor finishes) and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

Brick work with sub class B clay bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary Type CI 1:3:6 using 20 mm grade stone aggregates with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:4 complete.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick / concrete / RR masonry surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping, benching, bed block, lintel band, plinth courses, etc and similar work including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Precast cement concrete, type B1, 1:2:4 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, set in cement mortar 1:4 as in cover slabs all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains including fomr works if necessary all as directed.

75 mm thick Plain Concrete Cement 1:3:6 type C2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subfloor / sub base / plinth protection etc. all as specified and directed.

100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for chequerred cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size300x300x25mm to thick in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry incl 15mm thick in CM 1:4 bedding layer of mortar all as specified and directed.

Machine Pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block rubberised any shape and size conforming to IS- 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment finishing the outer edge with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as complete all as specified and directed.

Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation all as specified and directed

Mild steel TMT bars 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Mild steel deformed TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.
