Material and labour for brick sub class 'B' to be laid in trenches as protection to cable complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for road cutting / Hard standing for taking up or laying of LT UG Cable upto a depth of 15cm, after laying of cable well ramming to the excaved soil and repair the excavated portion of the road as existing or by providing suitable mixture of PCC complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation of steel poles/struts as specified including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable insulators and S&F disc type insulator, porcelain/polymer, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type , white, brown or green with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete as specified and as directed.

Dismantling unserviceable ACSR conductor and M&L for ACSR conductor in OH lines of HT / LT / Street light conductor including binding with aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Servicing the existing Gang operated Air Break switch, operated from ground, of capacity 200 / 400 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Pole, including greassing, replacing worn out/ rusted knief,connecting copper strip,nuts, bolts, washers, etc. and providing coloured sleaves for jumper connections complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for switch Air break Gang operated , triple pole , mechanically operated mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps 11000 Volts complete including dismantling of unserviceable GOD complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lightning arrestors complete with all fittings, station class, discharge capasity 65 KA, 11000 Volts complete incl dismantling of unserviceable arrestors complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the unserviceable 11 KV expulsion fuse single pole carefully from 2/4 pole structure and Supply and fix expulsion fuse (DO Fuse) single pole along with post top insulators suitable for 11000 Volts including connecting the same to the supply with necessary fixing material such as aluminium jumper , binding wire etccomplete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable earthing, M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of size 32.x 6 mm as earth lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I , connected to earth testing point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC pit ,RCC cover, funnel ,watering pipe etc and breaking and removing the unserviceable materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Galvanised iron strip 32 mm x 6 mm as earth continuity or main earthing lead fixed to wall / pole / buried in ground etc incl taking out unsv earth strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Decarbonsing / cleaning / Servicing of complete HT VCB / SF6 CB, 11 KV cubicle type, relays including calibration of IDMTL relays through primary and secondary injection method and testing complete re-setting where required and ensuring proper functioning of earth fault and overcurrent relays including removing carbon deposite from contacts points greasing and tightining all fixed and moving contects for smooth functioning including replacement of tripping and closing coils, 10 Volts complete all as specified and as directed. (Note - Calibration of relays and primary and secondary injection test shall be conducted by Authorised Company / Manufactures. Certificate of authority shall be produced by the technician , Auth Company. Make :- L&T / Siemens / ABB / Crompton.

Locating and pin point electric Fault precisely on high voltage (11 KV) under ground cable fault, locating system which is the most advanced system in power cable fault detection combining the best in market technologies in to a single fully automatic centralized setup with high reliability and multi level safety standards complete all as specified and as directed.

Dehydration & Filtration of oil at site in transformers and voltage stabilizer of any capacity installed at various locations by means of mobile type filtration plant with high pressure vaccuum filtration machine to achieve the required breaking capacity and die electric strength of not less than 40 KV for 1 minute at 4 mm Gap, as per relevant IS and topping up of transformer oil into the body / conservator tank of transformer upto required level, including testing and recording the values of di-electric strength of oil before and after filtration at site with transformer oil testing machine complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- . Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately .

Supply and fill topping up transformer oil in transformers and stabilizer to make upto the level complete all as specified and as directed. Make : - Power Oil / Transol GET / Servo / Electrole / Savita

Supply & fixing HT, Bushing insulator with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type trasformer of capacity upto 400 KVA including taking down u/s from the transformer all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing LT, Bushing with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type trasformer of capacity upto 400 KVA including taking down u/s from the transformer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable breather from breather of transformer of capacity upto and including 200 KVA and supply and fix Silica Gel breather including sufficient quantity of silica gel complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing unserviceable breather from breather of transformer of capacity above 200 KVA and supply and fix Silica Gel breather including sufficient quantity of silica gel complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the HT /LT connection, takingout the transformer / voltage stabilizer from its position at any situtation with the help of suitable pulley / crane and transporting the transformer to workshop for carrying out necessary repairs and bringing back and reinstall in its original place of capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed

Taking out complete core from Transformers/ Voltage stabilizer of capacity upto 400 KVA , cutting and removing burnt out winding and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge using proper insulating materials , applying varnish, drying in heating chamber , re-assembling the transformer as per original and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note.:- Shifting of transformers/ voltage stablizer from installed position to civil workshop and back will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items

Disconnecting the HT / LT connections of a defective transformer of any capacity and shifting the trolley mounted mobile type transformer of capacity 200 KVA to the required location with tractor or crane if required and making all necessary HT and LT connections, testing and return back to the original location after completion of transformer repairs and reconnection the same complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair of transformer by draining out the oil from transformer to the required level and storing in cleaned container, opening the top cover and conservator tank from transformer, for rectifying the defects and dismantling and replacing the burnt out LT/HT Bushes and fixing back the same using new oil seal, gaskets, GI nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size making all HT /LT connections as per original, re filling the transformer oil to the required level and testing on completion for capacity upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed. . NOTE :- . LT / HT bush, transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items.

M&L for trimming of tree branches around HT / LT overhead lines, upto 3m on both sides of overhead lines and depositing where directed at distance not less than 50m complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- . The item will be measured in span length. The approx span length is 30 mtr to 40 mtr.

Stringing and fixing only in position of existing sagged ACSR conductor in OH line of HT / LT/ Street light conductors including binding with aluminium wire complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE :- The item will be measured in span lenght. The approx span length is 30 mtr to 40 mtr.
